We have received the reordered t-shirts. Stop in at Infinite Cycles anytime during business hours (Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm, Saturday: 10am – 6pm) to pick up your 2009 Tour de Riverton shirt. We have them set aside with your name on them.
For those of you that pre-registered, we have just your shirt. You picked up the rest of your bag after the ride on the 4th.
For those of you that registered on the morning of the 4th, we have a shirt and water bottle for you.

Thanks to everyone that came to the ride on Saturday. It was a great success! We had almost twice as many riders as last year. We’ll post a final count of registrations soon. Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors for making the event run smoothly. There weren’t any long lines for check in or bag pickup. Everything seemed to flow just as good as possible. We are compiling the photos from the ride and they will be posted on this website soon. If you would like a high-resolution copy of an image, let us know and we’ll make sure you get that.
As you know, we ran out of t-shirts. We will be reordering them in the next few days. If you would like to change the size you registered for, please contact us no later than Monday afternoon. We will contact you as soon as the shirts arrive. Thanks for your patience and support. Check back soon for the pictures!

Thanks for the incredible response to register early for the 2009 Tour de Riverton. Everyone has exceeded the expected turnout by far, therefore here are a few issues we have to manage. We will announce this in the morning, but here’s a heads up.
We ran out of t-shirts. We ordered almost twice as many as last year, and we are already out. Those who registered earlier will get their shirts immediately after the ride. We ran out of small and medium sizes the earliest. Shirts will be reprinted soon and we will contact you when they arrive.
We ran out of Tour de Riverton water bottles. Most of the preregistered riders will get a bottle, but not all. We have supplemented the shortage (of preregistrations) with Infinite Cycles water bottles. The TDR bottles are not able to be reprinted. If you are registering the morning of the ride, you will recieve your water bottle with your reprinted shirt when they arrive in a few weeks.
We will have the limited ability to exchange shirt sizes. It is possible, but not guaranteed.
We will contact everyone when the shirts and bottles are available. They will be picked up at Infinite Cycles.

The summer has gone by so quickly, the Tour de Riverton is this weekend! We’ve had a huge number of people register already and expect many more by the Saturday. Here’s a little bit of information you will need for Saturday.
Parking is available inside the park and along 1300 West. Be considerate when finding parking and plan to arrive early.
Check in and registration starts at 6:45 am.There will be tables set up on 1300 West between 12600 South and 12800 South. See the map on the website for more info.
The ride starts promptly at 7:30 am. The sheriff’s department will be helping us get onto 12600 South, so we must begin right on time. Do not be late.
The ride starts and ends on 1300 West near the check in and registration.
Race bags with t-shirts and water bottles will be distributed after the ride. When you finish the ride, come see someone at the tables to claim your bag.
In the event that we run out of your size of t-shirt, we will have shirts reprinted and contact you when they are available.
We will have two rest stops with water and a small energy snack. Please bring your own water and nutritional supplement. See the special below.
The course is not roped off and there is not a good shoulder on every road. Please be careful. Follow the rules of the road. Remember, cars always win in car vs. bike.
If you have pre-registered and paid, thank you. There are a number of registrations that have not been paid. We will be sending those registrants an email shortly.
If you have not registered yet, you can still do that online for $15 at tdr.infinitecycles.com or wait until the morning of the event for $20.

The Tour de Riverton is designed to be a fun, recreational, family ride. We will have people on road bikes, mountain bikes, trikes, recumbents, tandems, kids bikes, trailers, and who knows what else. Bring your neighbors with you… they will have a good time.
