Course

Traditionally, the Tour de Riverton starts and ends at Riverton City Park (roughly 1300 West and 12600 South in Riverton). We may move the starting place this year to make the start easier. As those details are finalized, we’ll post that information here.

The course takes you through Riverton and Herriman and out to the entrance of the copper mine and back. The scenery varies dramatically over the 25-mile ride with a few good climbs and a few great descents. We usually provide two rest stops with food and water to keep you going.

Curious? You can still view TDR 2009 Course on Google Maps. We’ll make some modifications to last year’s course in response to the construction that has been completed since last summer.
